Guests attending the ICG 2025 conference can book their stay at the Rosewood Hotel Munich using the special booking code “ICG2025”. Reservations should be made directly with the hotel to ensure acces to the negotiated rates.

Unwind in a spacious one-bedroom suite [53-66 sqm] showcasing contemporary design and bespoke furnishings.
*These preferental rates are subject to availability and will be honored until the hotel pre-reservation block expires. Guests are advised to book early secure their preferred room type. The cancellation policy allows for free cancelation up to August 18th, 2025. After this date, cancellation fees may apply.

Guests attending the ICG 2025 conference can book their stay at the Rosewood Hotel Munich using the special booking code “ICG2025“. Reservations should be made directly with the hotel via e-mail Munich.reservations@rosewoodhotels.com to ensure acces to the negotiated rates.
These preferental rates are subject to availability and will be honored until the hote pre-reservation block expires. Guests are advised to book early secure their preferred room type.
The cancellation policy allows for free cancelation up to August 17th, 2025. After this date, cancellation fees may apply.
Hotel Mercure Munich City Center****
Additionally, we’ve secured a limited number of comfortable rooms at the conveniently located Mercure München City Center at a special rate of €490 per night* – perfect for family members or those preferring alternative options.
