As a board member of the German Society for Law and Informatics (DGRI) and part of the editorial board for the Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Law (KIR), she contributes significantly to the legal discourse around emerging technologies. Marieke also serves as a lecturer in IT law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and is a member of the European American Chamber of Commerce. Rodolfo Diotallevi graduated from King’s College, University of London. He has over 25 years of experience in fintech, financial services and capital markets. As a former Managing Director at Nomura, he gained knowledge of banks’ needs in risk allocation, management, and funding strategies. Specializing in distressed and illiquid assets within financial services, he has established himself as a proficient professional in the Non-Performing Exposure (NPE) segment. He served as Chief Business Officer and Executive Director at NPL Markets, playing a key role in building an innovative credit platform providing technological solutions for banks, asset managers, and servicers across Europe and Latin America for managing, evaluating, analyzing, reporting and trading non-performing and performing assets. In this role, he oversaw all commercial operations, client relationships and product development, focusing on strategic planning, performance analysis and driving growth and profitability.
He currently holds the position of Group Chief Business Development Officer at doValue Group.

About the Oktoberfest
Oktoberfest is the world’s largest folk festival, attracting over 7 million visitors during its two-week run in late September to early October. This Bavarian tradition dates back to 1810, originally celebrating the wedding of King Ludwig I and Princess Therese. Today, it’s a vibrant celebration of Bavarian culture, featuring traditional costumes, music, food, and of course, plenty of beer.
Today, prepare for an exclusive VIP experience at “Wildstuben,” one of the most coveted Oktoberfest festival tents, where the authentic spirit of this world-famous celebration comes alive with traditional music, cuisine, and, of course, exceptional beer.
